A private session allows the instructor to focus on your individual
needs by developing a programme shaped purely for you. It is
advisable that all clients have a private session at some point to
allow them to understand how Pilates works best for their body.
Sessions are available as Private or Semi-Private (2 people), thus
enabling your sessions to be more personal to your requirements.

This package includes a 90 minute
private session which also incorporates a full postural assessment,
and is then followed by 4 subsequent 1 hr private sessions £180
