Helen Hall MCSP. Chartered Physiotherapist
Helen trained at St Thomas’ Hospital,
London and has worked almost exclusively in orthopaedic and musculo-skeletal
medicine ever since, both in the NHS and private practice.
After working in specialist teaching
hospitals in both London and Bristol, Helen moved to Fairford to
develop her own private practice which included the treatment of injured
horses and greyhounds.
Following a short career break to spend
time with her 2 children, she undertook a 4 year research study into
falls in the elderly, then returned to private practice where her
interests encompass all musculo-skeletal problems causing pain or
poor function, particularly sports injuries in both children and
adults, occupational health and work-related disorders, whiplash
injury and general mobility problems.
She is a Certified Kinesio Taping specialist
and studied Pilates with the Australian Physiotherapy Pilates
Institute.
She is a member of the Society of
Orthopaedic Medicine, the Physiotherapy Pain
Association, the Organisation of Chartered
Physiotherapists in Private Practice and the Association
of Chartered Physiotherapists in Sports Medicine.
She is Registered with the Health
Professions Council and a Member of the Chartered Society of
Physiotherapists.
