Having spent her working life in a busy
office environment Fiona is no stranger to stress. To
counteract the effects of the stress and to help her to
relax she had regular Reiki sessions. She soon realised
that she wanted to help others to experience this
release and to show that there are ways of dealing with
stress and pressure.
That was when she took her first steps
along the Holistic road.
Her qualifications include; Reiki Seichem
(Tera Mai™) Level I and II, Diplomas in Crystal Healing,
Indian Head Massage and Thai Foot Massage and a
Certificate in Hopi Ear Candling (Thermal Auricular
Therapy).
Fiona is a member of The Guild of Holistic Therapists.
