Alexander Technique
The Alexander Technique can help you to do
whatever you do with less strain and more poise and can be used to
alleviate back, neck and joint pain, muscle tension, breathing and
vocal problems, anxiety and stress.
It is a skill that can be applied to every
area of life – for example in sports, the performing arts, business
presentation, pregnancy and childbirth.
The Alexander Technique is
taught through one-to-one lessons. It does not require exercises,
special equipment or special clothing (although it is recommended
that you wear comfortable clothing to lessons).
In lessons, the teacher
guides you verbally and with her hands through everyday movements
such as sitting, bending and walking and will also work with you
whilst you lie on a table.

of lessons:
First lesson
(Up to 1 hr) £35.00
Subsequent
lessons (Up to 45mins) £25.00
