Aromatherapy
Aromatherapy is an ancient form of massage
therapy that uses essential oils that are mixed with a carrier oil
for a specific therapeutic effect. This effect can be anything from
calming and relaxing, to stimulating and revitalising. Essential
oils have powerful qualities that should not be underestimated, and
when combined with the massage treatment can help with a variety of
ailments.
I believe that no two massage treatments
should ever be the same, and so all of my massages are suited to the
individual and not a structured routine!
